Here's How It Works:

1. Call your EasyTel Genie and leave yourself the Recorded voice message that you want to deliver. [If you want to broadcast a fax send the fax to your EasyTel Genie Number.]

2. Call your EasyTel Genie Number and Press * + your password #

3. While listing to your own voice message or fax press the 6 key at anytime and you will hear the following options:

• To send this message to another EasyTel Genie Press 1
• To send the message to an outside number Press 2
• To send the message to your phonebook Press 3
  

To add more names and numbers to your main phonebook or to create other phonebooks, simply call your EasyTel Genie, and when within the system, press the 8 + 1 key, and you will hear your options to work with the different phonebooks, or to create new phonebooks. HINTS

1. Make sure your write down the name and the short speed dial for your selected phonebook. For example, *021# or * 022# etc..
2. Make sure that you write down your script before recording the message that you want to broadcast, to achieve the maximum benefit possible! [Remember First Impressions Are Sometimes The Most Important!]
3. Make sure you press the # key after your presentation to avoid unnecessary air time on your message.
4. In your voice presentation, make sure at the end of the message to inform them to press the 2 key to connect with you, however, before they do, to press the 5 or 6 key [Or other selected presentation you want them to listen to.] In other words, delegate your calling to your EasyTel Genie, and let her do your sorting for you, so your customers; prospects or members are calling you back, rather than you calling them!

5. Remember the different time zones when setting the time for delivery. Genie will automatically refuse to deliver the message after 9 p.m. PST or 12 p.m. EST. Please be advised that the message will not be delivered, and the next day you would have to start over!

6. Open messages will be left on the message on the answering machine.

7. If the line is busy, Genie will attempt 5 times to deliver the message. Every hour on the hour!

8. Make sure you include your own personal telephone number in the phonebook which you are broadcasting out.

9. Lastly, when sending out more than 5 AudioGrams with the Auto Dialer, don't request that Genie Call you. Simply confirm the receipt of the message or fax from your call detail report. This is on the 8 + 4 key or you can request that customer service have the call detailed report faxed or e-mailed to you daily!
