CONVERT FAX TO E-MAIL

You can now control your EasyTel Genie's options on the internet. Simply visit HERE and enter your number and password!

Simply put, anytime you receive a fax on your universal telephone, Genie will convert the fax to an e-mail and send it to you free of charge. The beauty of the service is that you will be able to view your fax on your computer and if you would like, print from your lazer printer.

What's also exciting is this service is included in your basic monthly service charge.

Please include the following information:

• 1. Your First & Last Name
• 2. Your EasyTel "Genie" Universal Telephone number
• 3. Your e-mail address
• 4. Whether you wish your faxes delivered via e-mail only, or if you wish to keep a copy of the fax in your universal office.
• Note: It is recommended that you keep and send the fax. This way you can use the Auto Dialer To Fax Blast to your prospects or team!

Instructions For Opening Your E-mail fax.

If you are using Windows 97; 2000 or WinNT you probably already have a TIFF viewer under Start |Programs | Accessories | Imaging. If you installed imaging when you installed the Operating System the FAX should open automatically when you click on the FAX attachment in your email.

If you did not install it you can rerun your Operating System Install program to add it.

If you are still using Windows 95 you will need a TIFF viewer for viewing Faxes. You may already have one with another FAX program such as WinFax or image program. If you need a viewer you can Download the Wang TIFF Viewer you will need to unzip it using pkunzip or similar uncompress program and make it the default viewer for TIFF files. A better option is to upgrade to Windows 2000. It is faster and more reliable than Windows 95 or 97.

If you are still using Windows 3.x forget it. Upgrade today.

If you are a MAC user obtain the Omni Professional software which is used for scanning and converting faxes. Open the Omni Pro and when it opens it prompts you to open the document, click desktop, look for the name of the FAX and click open.
