Russell and Carole say their keys to success are Woody and Fran Alexander, persistency, and consistency. "In the beginning those one-one-ones and in-home meetings seem as though they're not addling much to your business. But, if you stay consistent and persistent at doing them and teaching your people to do the same, the magic of duplication kicks in and your team will explode."
