• 1. Your First & Last Name
  2. Your EasyTel "Genie" Universal Telephone number
  3. Your e-mail address
  4. Whether you wish your voice messages delivered via e-mail only, or if you wish to also keep a copy of the voice message in your universal office.
• Note: It is recommended that you keep and send the message. This way you can use the Auto Dialer To Send Your Voice Message or Testimonial to your prospects or team! (This can be 2 or thousands!) How To Use Your Built In Auto Dialer To Send Voice Messages; Faxes Or Pages And Soon E-Mails To Hundreds or Thousands Of People At The Same Time!

Instructions For Opening Your E-mail Voice Message

If you are using Microsoft Windows 98; Windows 2000 or WinNT you already have a Microsoft Audio Player.

• Double Click On The Icon and the message will play.

• Open the E-Mail Message & Drag The Icon To The DeskTop
• Open The SoundApp Program & Click on Convert DeskTop
• Click Open The E-Mail Message Icon
• Click Play
